Fall Ball Youth League

Big League Baseball School's Fall League baseball season is for youths 9-14 years of age.

All games will be played at either the NCS Complex (behind Ridgeview Middle School) or OSU’s Fred Beekmen Sports Complex (West Lane).

The season begins the third week in August and finishes the first weekend in October. As part of our player development goals The Big League Baseball School will provide, free to league participants, skill clinics and a token package (for all times and dates click Fall Baseball Registration ). Coaches may enter their respective teams and independent (free agent) players will be assigned teams. All independent players, players not registering as part of a team, will be required to attend the league workout and evaluation. The staff at Big League Baseball will finalize team rosters and schedules following the evaluation.

Coaches can use the Fall League as a developmental program for next year (a perfect venue to try out new players) while players interested in making the jump to travel ball can "get their feet wet" with this valuable opportunity. Also players not playing other sports can continue development, possibly at new positions or use this valuable game experience to fine tune parts of their game.

The Fall League emphasis will be on the PLAYERS by creating a playing environment where they can maximize their enjoyment and development.

Fall League will use high school rules with the following exceptions:

All roster players will hit in the lineup
Coaches will allowed unlimited substitution (players can come in and out of lineup)
Pitchers pitch maximum of three innings/game

BIG LEAGUE FALL PACKAGE will be available
to all Fall League Participants:

Two FREE tokens (per visit) for batting cages
Free pitching, hitting and catching clinics-conducted by the Big League staff (Dates and times will TBA)
Free practice time for participating teams at the Big League Baseball School

Rosters-Minimum 12 players
12 game Schedule/Weekend Games/Some Doubleheaders
All Umpires and Baseballs are Provided
Participant T-shirt (uniform top)
Game Sites- NCS Baseball Complex/OSU-Fred Beekman Sports Complex
Evaluation/Draft Saturday August 9th-at Big League Baseball School- Mandatory for free agent player

The Fall Youth League hosts over 50 teams each year. The Staff at Big League monitors all games on site 24-7. The play will be competitive but most importantly the kids will have lots of fun. We appreciate your help in forming teams and recommending players and coaches. Please if you have any questions about how to form a team, or registering as a free agent...

Youth Fall Baseball League (Ages 9-14)
Games will be played at NCS Sports complex and/or OSU's Fred Beekman Baseball Complex, Each team will play an average of twelve games, twice per week (typically weekends) and participate in the season ending tournament.			Begins mid August with a 12 game schedule
*Teams*	Coaches are advised to organize their teams and submit rosters to the Big League Baseball School beginning in June. Registration discount for head coach.	Team Deposit required upon registration. Player fees due by coaches' meeting.	Early registration is advised First-come, first-served.
*Free Agents*	Independent players will be assigned teams following an evaluation, ( early August) at the Big League Baseball School. Please call for your evaluation time.	Fees due upon registration.	Registration begins June 1st. Subject to availability.
